LandHawk – Responsible Land Development Made Easier.

New LandHawk pricing models

We’ve recently made some changes to the way we deliver LandHawk, in line with client feedback.

As we’ve progressed our platform and started to grow our client base, we’ve identified a new and potentially game-changing way of working.

We’ve realised that one size doesn’t fit all, so we’ve developed a pricing structure that has something to suit every size and type of business. So if you’re looking to get access to reliable data that can help you find off market land in seconds, we’ve removed all the barriers.

This falls in line with our mission to make land and property data available to everyone, the more we know, the better decisions we can make. This helps towards building much needed homes and better places for us all to work and live.

How does the new pricing structure work?

You might be a team of 1 or 100, perhaps you have someone who can work the platform within your business, but you might also have no one with the skills to operate a proptech platform. Whatever your situation, we have you covered.

Here are the new tiers;
LandHawk Essentials – self serve
  •   Rolling monthly subscription per user
  •   Annual subscription per user
LandHawk Pro Unlimited – self serve
  •   FREE to use success-based commission model
  •   Rolling monthly subscription per user
  •   Annual subscription per user
LandHawk Consultancy – we do the searching for you
  •   Flat fee consultancy model based on specific projects
  •   Retainer consultancy model based on agreed weekly/monthly deliverables

Here’s how it’s used

For those customers who wish to self-serve, we provide a set of secure log-in details for each user. If applicable, where there are multiple users within a company, or engaged on a specific project, we can assign these users to a single account so that the information is shared across the relevant team in your Workspace area.

Furthermore, where appropriate log in details can be provided to your own stakeholders or end clients so that they too can access the most up-to-date information, run reports and export the results either as data or printed content. Examples include environmental or planning constraints maps.

Whenever a user builds and runs a query, whether this relates to site suitability or impact analysis for a site already under consideration, the results are returned both as visual layers within the mapping interface and as data which can be saved, retrieved, further interrogated, and exported.

For customers who prefer to use the LandHawk consultancy team to identify suitable sites, we’ll carry out viability and impact analysis before and during the project. The results we produce will be delivered into predefined folders within the platform for review by your project team. These results can then be further refined, saved and exported.

Getting started

We work very closely with our customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process. LandHawk is not simply an out-of-the-box software package where users are left to fend for themselves.

We prefer to understand your requirements and objectives in detail prior to any formal engagement. This gives everyone confidence that our service will meet the stated business need. Stages include:

  • Request a call to discuss your requirements
  • Request a free demonstration
  • Sign up for our free trial, discuss any required customisation
  • Sign up for the live site (self-serve) or commission our team to complete the research and analysis as appropriate
  • Agree dates for user training sessions if applicable

To start your free trial, visit our pricing page or get in touch with our team.
