LandHawk Comparables data in £/sqft

Comparables data is used within the Land & Property sector to provide a general value indication by comparing the asset in question with similar assets whose value has already been realised. Often this data is expressed in £/ sqft. 

At LandHawk we have automated this process by introducing a tool which allows users to set their own data parameters. These include tenure type, build type and type of property. The calculations are based on a set of rules and the results for any given land parcel are returned in seconds with just a few clicks.
