The LandHawk team has welcomed Salim Abdala to our team as our new Fullstack Developer.
Salim’s career journey has included website, app and database development for a range of companies, and he will now be putting his experience and skills to further good use working across a range of projects at LandHawk.

Tell us a little bit about your career so far
I started my software engineering career straight after university, building websites and applications for small to medium businesses. I worked for two years building backend databases and websites for clients. I really enjoyed meeting new people and helping them turn their vision into reality.
What do you like most about your job?
The thing I enjoy most is the problem-solving aspect of my job, as well as the constant learning of new technologies and ways to go about things. I also enjoy the satisfaction of seeing my work come alive and make a positive impact.
What do you bring to the team?
I can bring creativity and a fresh perspective to the team and code, this will hopefully help spark new ideas and help users in a different way, so they can get the most out of the app.
What are you looking forward to most?
I am looking forward to the exciting projects and collaborating with the other colleagues and engineers. I’m also looking forward to the personal growth I will experience at LandHawk.
What interests you outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and doing watersports/activities, as well going out with my friends and family for activities and good restaurants.
