We’re therefore excited to announce our brand new Land Assembly tool – the latest feature in the LandHawk toolkit, giving you the ability to create, analyse and save a single site which is composed of multiple individual land parcels.
The new function allows you to cluster a number of parcels together and easily select and deselect as you go along. This is possible because the analysis of the whole area builds on the fly as a new parcel is added or removed.
Once you have established your preferred land assembly, this can then be saved as a single site card in your workspace. The relevant LandHawk reports and maps can then be downloaded to cover constraints, metrics, planning history and nearby information for the entire land assembly area.
This new feature is just another example of our commitment to continuous improvement. We want to ensure that our users get maximum value from their subscription.
