We’re excited to be attending this year’s London PropTech Show, 15th-16th February in the capital’s Business Design Centre.
There have been massive strides in the PropTech sector over recent years, and with real estate now fully emerging as a tech-driven industry, this year’s show promises to be a groundbreaking moment.
According to the organisers, the London PropTech Show will assemble leading international PropTech industry experts, policymakers, investors, entrepreneurs and more, for two days of exclusive industry insights, networking and a world-class showcase of innovative products and services.
Bringing together the latest and the greatest from the industry under one roof, the event will host a large exhibition space for trailblazing companies from across the global industry value chain including landlords, real estate developers, brokers, construction, retail, logistics, hospitality, city councils, ministries, venture capitalists, technology providers, electrification infrastructure and professional services.
Alongside the expo, the London PropTech Show will also feature a comprehensive PropTech industry conference with an impressive line-up of speakers from varied industry disciplines. Exclusive start-up pitch programmes, investment sessions, multidisciplinary panels and Q&A’s will provide the audience with excellent learning and interactive networking opportunities.
Along with our colleagues at Idox, we’ll be in attendance at the two-day conference and expo to listen to industry leaders give their views on the state of UK PropTech. These insights will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for the LandHawk team as we continually look to improve and develop our offering.
Highlights for us include the impressive list of conference speakers and the keynote addresses from a varied and interesting panel. It will be a great opportunity to learn about how other countries are embracing and maximising PropTech and to share learning across the sector.
We’re especially looking forward to hearing from Bridget Wilkins at DLUHC given how closely DLUHC and Idox already work together.
As a software business, we will be paying particular attention to discussions around how AI can play its part in PropTech. Coupled with the vital importance of data in accommodating legislative changes, the day two keynote addresses should set the tone for a day of debate and insight.
And, of course, we’re excited about making new connections and meeting new people! We’re definitely keen to engage with exhibitors, explore potential collaborations and develop relationships with the speakers. If you’re heading there yourself, you can book a catch up with us here.
We’ll be sharing our thoughts both during and after the event, revealing our own views on where the industry is headed. Check back here for our analysis of the show.
